In October 1995, Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (RL) signed its first long-term agreement with KOGAS for the supply of 2.4 million tonnes per annum (Mta) of LNG. In June 1997, RL and KOGAS increased the quantity to 4.9 Mta over 25 years. |

In July 1999, RasGas signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Petronet LNG Limited of India (PLL). Under this agreement, which was subsequently assigned to RasGas (II), the company agreed to supply 5 million tonnes per annum (Mta) to India?s first operational LNG terminal at Dahej in Gujarat. |

 RasGas and Edison Gas have signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the supply of 4.6 million tonnes of LNG annually over a period of 25 years, from 2008. The LNG will be received at a new offshore terminal in the Adriatic Sea. |

In July 2003, Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (II) and CPC signed a heads of agreement for the supply of 3 Mta of LNG for a period of 25 years, the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) was signed in September 2005.

 In July 2003, Endesa Generacion signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with RasGas for the annual supply of 0.8 million tonnes of LNG. The term of this agreement is 20 years, Deliveries commenced in 2005. |

 In July 2005, Qatar Petroleum 3 and ExxonMobil Ras Laffan (III) Limited, a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation, signed a joint venture agreement for Ras Laffan Liqufied Natural Gas Company Limited (3), or RL (3), which will have an annual production capacity of 15.6 million tonnes per annum (Mta) of LNG for a term of 25 years. |

In February 2005, Distrigas and RasGas signed an agreement under which RasGas will supply 2.04 Mta of LNG for 20 years, beginning in early 2007. |

In June 2004, Fluxys LNG signed a long-term capacity agreement to enable RasGas to supply LNG to the European market through the Fluxys Zeebrugge terminal beginning in 2007. |
