In the environmental arena RasGas is keen to promote the environmentally conscious use of LNG. To this end, the company regularly participates in energy exhibitions and conferences in 2004, these included the International Oil and Gas Conference (IOGC) and LNG 14, and, in 2005, Petrotech 2005, GasTech (the 21st International Conference and Exhibition on LNG, LPG and Natural Gas), the Asian Markets Conference, and the World Petroleum Congress.
